i)        Parish Councils exempt from freeze on Council Tax

ii)        In 2011 it is the intention that payment methods for Parish Councils will be reformed ie freedom to use modern banking methods such as electronic banking

iii)        To consider quotes received for the hatching on the Littleworth industrial apron

11. GRANTS, LICENCES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

i) Thame CAB – see enclosed letter – in past years the Parish Council have given £1,000
