ii) P14/S3568/HH (Householder)(Other) 3 Orchard Close Front extension and porch and existing flat roof over garage to pitched roof.

iii) P14/S3707/HH(Householder)(Other) 21 Windmill Lane Part demolition and

garage. Raising of roof level, carport side extension and single storey flat roof  garage side

i) P14/S3131/FUL Asda Superstore London Road Erection of a single storey extension to the East elevation and alterations to existing car parking spaces. No strong views GRANTED 14.11.14

ii)     14 P14/S2941/HH (Householder)(Other) 3 Orchard Close Erection of a front

extension and porch. Recommend Approval GRANTED 24.10.14

iii) P14/S0727/FUL (Full Application)(Minor) 53 London Road. Extension to provide

single storey MOT testing bay including office, tea area and disabled wc. Additional

staff only parking at the rear with the new access from Old London Road. New 2m  high fence to Old London Road and to the west side of the site to match fencing to day nursery. Provision of gabions to existing stream. No Strong Views With reservation about the ease of maintenance of the stream/culvert as riparian owners.

iv) P14/S2881/FUL (Minor) 29 Acremead Road Demolition of existing dwelling. Erection of a new three-bedroom dwelling with attached garage. Recommend Refusal GRANTED 26.11.14
