6.    NEW PLANNING APPLICATIONS

i) P14/S1744/FUL(Full Application)(Other) 55 Roman Road Demolition of existing

lean-to conservatory to rear of dwelling. Conversion of existing dwelling to provide

No. two bed flats. Provision of 4 no. off street parking spaces with new highway access, secure cycle storage and bin enclosures

ii) P14/S1795/FUL (Full Application)(Minor) 75 Old Road Erection of 2 no. detached double garages to serve 2 no. new building dwellings approved on planning permission ref. P14/S0648/FUL.

iii) P14/S1724/HH (Householder)(Other) 14 Elm Close Extensions and alterations and erection of detached double garage.

iv) P14/S0727/FUL (Full Application)(Minor) 53 London Road. Extension to provide

single storey MOT testing bay including office, tea area and disabled wc. Additional

staff only parking at the rear with the new access from Old London Road. New 2m  high

fence to Old London Road and to the west side of the site to match fencing to day nursery.

Provision of gabions to existing stream.

7.    PLANNING DECISIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

i) P14/S1030/Ful Mill View Nursery and Plant Centre The demolition of 511m2 of

existing structures, the erection of a 255m2 and a 94m2 replacement buildings, the

erection of 219m2 of open-sided polytunnel, the laying out of 20 parking spaces on

gravel, the erection of a 2.2 metre high timber fence and planting of additional trees

and hedges. Recommend Approval –GRANTED 10.06.14

ii) P14/S1147/HH (Householder)(Other) 49 London Road Adjustment in location of dormer window, addition of a chimney, reduction in garage door size and

installation of a single velux type window instead of two. Previous approved application no. P12/S1622/HH. No Strong Views – GRANTED 11.06.14

iii) P14/S0714/HH (Householder) (Other) 5A London Road Timber shed attached to rear of garage, replacement timber fence around rear of dwelling Recommend

Approval GRANTED 19.06.14
