At its last meeting the Parish Council agreed to fill one of the vacancies on the Council by co-opting Mrs Angela Knapp on to the Council. Mrs Knapp lives in Crown Road. At its Annual General Meeting Councillor Janet Carr was obliged to step down as Parish Council Chairman having served three successive years in the post. The Council’s Standing Orders state that that is the maximum amount a Councillor can be in the post in one go. The new Chairman is Councillor Jim Reilly.
