MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE OF THE COUNCIL HELD ON WEDNESDAY 11th JUNE 2014

5.    AMENDMENTS TO PREVIOUS APPLICATIONS

The clerk reported that an amendment to planning application No. (2 Anson Close) had been received too late to go on the Agenda and that the Planning Officer would not grant an extension to enable it to go on the next Parish Council’s planning agenda.

It was Agreed that the clerk and the Chairman use their delegated powers to reply to SODC and report back to the next meeting of the Planning Committee.

No Strong Views

ii) P14/S1333/HH(Householder)(Other) 21 London Road Erection of a garden annex.

No Strong Views There was a concern that this may well turn into a new dwelling with access down the western side of No 21.

iii) P14/S1616/FUL (Full Application) (Minor) 112 Church Road Proposed alterations to front entrance porch and removal of existing flat roofed canopy and replacement with a hipped roof canopy. Recommend Approval

iv) P14/S1392/HH (Householder) (Other) 24 Elton Crescent Demolition of existing garage and erection of single-storey extension to side of house No Strong Views

v)  P14/S1610/HH (Householder)(Other) 21 Kellys Road Single storey conservatory.

Recommend Approval
