iii) P11/W1599 (Other) + P11W/1600 (LB) 3 The Old School. 37d Church Rd. Removal of existing conservatory, erection of modern conservatory. No Strong Views
iv) P11/W1675 (Minor) 1 Farm Close Lane. Erection of one new dwelling No Strong Views. Agreed to request that there is no encroachment of parking on to Farm Close Lane. A wall should be built between the parking spaces and the lane. To allow for easier parking the footprint of the house could be moved further south. Also care must be taken not to undermine the listed eastern boundary wall.
v) P11/W1676 (Minor) 1,2 &3 The Croft Mulberry Drive. Demolition of existing unattractive rear extensions to Nos 1 & 2 The Croft and replacement with one and two storey rear and side extensions. Demolition of 3 The Croft and construction of new replacement dwelling. Recommend Refusal. As the plot lies just outside the Wheatley Conservation Area the size and bulk of the development will be over bearing. The total floor space, ground plus first floor is over twice that of the existing cottages. The amount of car parking provided is inadequate, especially at No.1, which will lead to more on road parking on Mulberry Drive. Also there was concern about the main parking area overlooking a listed building.

Since sexual arousal is dependent on the testosterone level, the medicine is less efficient for people with insufficient amount of male sex hormone. The medication at https://www.moderndaydental.com/procedures/oral-maxillofacial-surgery/sildenafil-online/ has little effect on patients with specific disorders (such as diseases of the endothelium). If endothelium releases insufficient amount of substance that serves as an erection mediator, Viagra won’t provide an adequate effect as well. The same is true for patients suffering from metabolic syndrome and diabetes.
